Seton Social 2011- Seton Hays Foundation

What an incredibly amazing way to celebrate for a good cause! The Seton Hays Foundation’s Seton Social 2011 proved enormously successful thanks to the generosity of some 350 guests, sponsors and underwriters. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful Wild Onion Ranch, with many first-time visitors saying “I hadn’t heard of this place before now, but it is absolutely fabulous! What a great place for a party!” And what a party it was. Along with the fantastic venue, Seton Social attendees enjoyed the Grammy Award-winning sounds of Grupo Fantasma, On The Flipside Mobile Flipbook Studio, fabulous food, beverages and a whole lot more! All total, more than $182000 (net) was raised to benefit Seton Medical Center Hays in Kyle. Guests were in a bidding mood for both the live and silent auctions. The two combined brought in more than $81000!

Friends and Legends- 2nd Annual Fundraiser- Benefiting the Friends of the Family Justic Center

On September 24, 2011 On The Flipside Mobile Flipbook Studio participated in a fundraiser and party benefiting the Friends of the Family Justice Center, empowering victims of domestic violence and violent crime in Hays County. This year’s theme was Friends and Legends: Route 66. Supporters of the planned San Marcos-Hays County Family Justice Center raised funds for the FJC while raising awareness of domestic violence. The event was held at Dick’s Classic Garage in San Marcos where attendees were able to view classic cars. Thank you to Randall Morris and Associates Real Estate for sponsoring our flipbook studio!!

The Best Party Ever got its name because each of Leadership Austin’s 27 annual classes embrace the tradition of calling themselves ‘the best class ever”. Every year, the Best Party Ever celebrates collaborative leadership in Central Texas and the accomplishments of those who make things happen all year long.

Texas Veterinary Medical Association – Diamonds and Denim Gala

The Texas Veterinary Medical Association held its 2011 Annual Conference March 4–6, in College Station. The new TVMA President, Dr. John M. Morton, and his wife, Ginger, hosted the Diamonds and Denim Gala for their colleagues and friends in congruence with the TVMF Live and Silent Auctions. The Diamonds and Denim Gala featured a master cigar roller, a flipbook studio by On The Flipside and music by Branded Heart, a band whose sound ranges from country to rock and roll. There was also a TVMF Live and Silent auction, and special guest, Reveille, A&M’s mascot. All proceeds raised from the auctions went to the Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation.
