The Light Painting Studio requires more space depending on setup and will need to be in an environment where light can be controlled. We have a 12’x12’ four-sided, black enclosure that requires 14’ of clearance for the top. We can also provide pipe and drape at an additional charge if the venue cannot accommodate the dimensions of the enclosure. There is always the option to use a separate room for the studio, as long as light can be controlled. In any case, Light Painting Studio requires at least 12’x12’ footprint and access to two 20amp power outlets. as well as two 6' tables covered in floor length linens.

Yes, we do! However, we need covered, enclosed protection from the sun, wind, and rain. Computers and printers have difficulty operating in temperatures over 95 degrees and under 50 degrees, so please keep this in mind. Please let us know if you would like us to be outdoors when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly to accommodate different conditions.
Yes, we do! Hotel and travel expenses to locations outside of the Austin area will be billed at cost. We charge $30.00 per hour for two team members to travel and $.50/mile for roundtrip mileage. One hotel room for two staff to share is billed at $125.00 unless you are able to secure a decreased rate through your event booking with you hotel.
Yes, all Light Painting Studio packages include 3 hour set-up and 1 hour breakdown in addition the the operating hours you booked for the event. Should you require additional hours of either, it will be billed at $50.00 per hour requested.
